Frank DeCicco is head of the University Relations & Internship Programs at Universal Music Group (UMG). His responsibilities include fostering university relationships & overseeing an internship program that supports the business units and record labels that make up UMG.
Prior to his role at Universal Music, Frank ran Sony Music’s College Marketing Department. Throughout his time there, his team of students were responsible for developing new artists through strategic marketing campaigns. He also mentored and developed the talent within his team and helped them secure full-time positions at Sony and across the music industry.

Brian Wilkins is an entrepreneur, executive and educator who has built a successful career spanning over 20 years in the music industry. Brian has held executive positions at major record labels/distribution (SonyBMG/RED Music/INgrooves), artist management (Rebel-One Management), radio (SFX Entertainment/Clear Channel) and music tech companies (PledgeMusic/Cyber PR). As an entrepreneur, Brian helped create, build and launch the social, mobile music application, CrowdStream. Brian is the founder and president of the artist management company 137 Entertainment. And he serves as an industry relations advisor for the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami.
