If you are hosting your event virtually on a different platform such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or another service, DO NOT select the “Configure Virtual Event” option. Add the link in the Event Website. It’s also good to put the link to your event sign-up in the Event Description.

  • Event Status: Leave it set to Scheduled
  • Venue Details: Optional for in-person. Not necessary for Virtual
  • Event Organizer: Create yourself for the first time posting then you can select for future events
  • Images are best if they are rectangle landscape mode
  • For best results, enter the RSVP Link in Event Website AND in the Event Description
  • All submitted events are reviewed before being published
