    Hello Music Industry City friends!

    How are you? How has Spring started for you?

    Do you want to improve your health and wellbeing?

    I invite you to join SOUND MIND SOUND BODY, my monthly Zoom workshops series, in which I share health and wellbeing tips and practices for music professionals and other creatives.

    This month, the topic will be:
    Spring Cleanse: Detoxifying Mind and Body for Enhanced Wellbeing.

    In the Northern hemisphere, Spring is everywhere, flowers are blooming, birds are singing, butterflies are playing. Energy is expanding and it’s the right moment to do a Spring cleanse.

    During this FREE workshop, I will talk about:
    – Spring and the Wood Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine
    – Tips for mental Spring Cleaning
    – Emotional balance: Anger
    – Physical practices to help detox

    We will move our bodies with a Qi Gong exercise and a Tai Chi movement.

    In the last part, we will have an open discussion so you can connect with other health conscious creative minds.
