    Hello Music Industry City friends!
    How are you? Are you ready for Spring?

    SOUND MIND SOUND BODY
    is the name of my monthly Zoom workshops series, in which I share health and wellbeing tips and practices for music professionals and other creatives.

    This month, the topic will be:
    Expanding Yourself In Spring.

    Spring is around the corner. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring season is associated with the Wood Element.

    During this FREE workshop, I will talk about:
    – Spring and the Wood Element
    – Stress: what it is and 7 ways to reduce it
    – Expansion: tips and practices to make the most out of the new season.

    I will also share a short introduction to Tai Chi and its benefits.
    Together, we will practice 2 basic exercises.

    In the second part, we will have an open discussion so you can connect with other health conscious creative minds.
