You brought up a good point – and we’ll be making an info guide since it’s a new system to us as well.
You don’t need to select Virtual Event — that will actually be used for approved members that want to use our Zoom account.
You can add your Zoom link in the description and/or in the Website link field.
Event Status = Scheduled
No venue is fine
Currently, we have to approve each submission as we’re still Beta testing and want to make sure everything looks good.
Refresh the page, you should now see it listed on the homepage and in the events list/calendar
